The laboratory is equipped with updated systems which consent to assemble with precision the most complicated lenses;according to a national survey conducted by a Consumers’ Association review, Olent Optics appears to rank in the first three places, for quality and price convenience, among all Optics retailers surveyed.(AltroConsumo N° 6 9, February 1995).
Olent Optics is specialised in multi-focal spectacles and offers two important guaratees: the “Client’s full satisfaction guarantee” and the free of charge usage test before purchase.
Precision of fitting of the glasses is guaranteed by highly specialised opticians (Walter Foto),as well as by suitable implementation of equipment for electronic photo- centering (Centratura 1Foto).

If the customer is not satisfied by the spectacles or by the lenses that were advised to you, we shall replace them on demand within 30 days from purchase.
Guarantee of glasses frame.
In the event of breakage or damage, we shall replace or repair the frame, with no charge, applying the manufacturer’s guarantee terms. In case of replacement caused by irreparable breakage, not covered by manufacturer’s guarantee, the client will be granted a 50% discount within one year from purchase, or 25% within the second year, from the cost of a new frame.
Guarantee of lenses.
In the event of breakage or scratch, the client shall be granted a discount from price list of 50% in the first year, or 25% in the second year from purchase.
Guarantee from theft or loss.
In case of theft or loss of the glasses supplied by us, we shall apply a 25% discount on price for new purchase.
